Maham Aamir said, “Parveen Aapa casually asked me to marry Faizan Sheikh. We all worked together in a drama. Our team went to the set to wish our director on his birthday. On the set, after offering prayers, Parveen Aapa said to me, ‘Tum Faizan se Shadi Ker lo – marry my son Faizan.’ I was quite shocked to hear that. I then said to her, ‘Parveen Aapa, first ask your son. I’m not refusing the proposal, but your son should agree to it.”
On another occasion, Maham Aamir said that “Faizan Sheikh proposed to her in the car while they were driving and listening to the music. In the show with Dr. Aamir Liaquat, the couple revealed details of their love marriage”
