Reports linking the Reds with a move for the Brazilian midfielder surfaced after the English club’s scouts observed him during his performances for Atalanta last season. Now, the 24-year-old has discussed his future in Italy, hinting at a potential move to the Premier League later on. However, he emphasized his contentment with Atalanta following an impressive campaign, which saw them crowned Europa League champions. Speaking to AS, he expressed his happiness at Atalanta and his focus on performing well with the Brazilian national team.

Regarding his future, he commented, “I’ve pondered it extensively. While I appreciate Italy and feel settled here, I’m also intrigued by the Premier League, so it’s uncertain. I’m still developing, so I’m unsure if I’ll remain in Italy; I believe there’s more for me to achieve. If I were to move elsewhere, the same applies—I’ll keep evolving.”
