RELATED: Kenya Moore Opens Up About Co-Parenting With Marc Daly Amid Their Divorce
Marc Daly’s Child Support Agreement Revealed
PEOPLE reports Daly and Moore finalized their divorce in December 2020. However, the couple’s divorce terms were settled this week, as was the amount Daly will hand over monthly. Marc has agreed to pay $2,000 to support Brooklyn’s living expenses. Additionally, he will pay Kenya $1,000 monthly, which will be deposited into a savings account for her college fund. Furthermore, the divorce documents said Marc “must provide proof and a start date back to January 2024 — meaning his total contribution should be Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) for the year.”
The Judge Attempts to Ensure Each Will Have A Healthy Relationship With Brooklyn
As previously reported by The Shade Room, the pair’s divorce has been mes-sy. It was so bad that it seemed the judge wanted to ensure their individual relationships with Brook went unharmed. The judge “… ordered that both parties shall encourage the minor child to develop close nurturing relationships with the other party and each shall refrain from conduct which does or may undermine a positive relationship between the minor child and the other party.”
Marc and Kenya were married on June 10, 2017. They called it quits after two years. She told PEOPLE in 2019 that she “…didn’t get married to quit.” She added, “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”
Sometimes, it’s best for mom and dad to separate. Wish them happy co-parenting.
