Tis the season to be jolly! Michael Bublé sat down with ET to spill everything he does to get into the holiday spirit.
For starters, the Canadian singer, 49, turns up his favorite Christmas tunes for the festive season.Â
“Every year, since I was about 6 or 7 years old, my playlist has and always will be Bing Crosby’s White Christmas album,” he shared.
In addition to playing to Crosby’s classics, BublĂ©’s family got to celebrate the 2024 holidays early by attending Taylor Swift’s  Eras Tour in Vancouver, Canada.
“Going to see Taylor Swift was at the top of all our wish lists, and we are so grateful to have seen The Eras Tour last weekend in Vancouver. Taylor is truly an incredible entertainer and getting to witness the joy she brought to my daughters’ faces is something we will never forget for the rest of our lives,” he said.
Beyond listening to the Swift’s hits, BublĂ©’s wife, Luisana Lopilato, and their four kids will also have his new song, “Maybe This Christmas” on repeat, which was created using his iPhone 16 Pro and the Voice Memos feature.
“It was recorded with the incredible Carly Pearce, and we simply sang the song like we were on a FaceTime call, no headphones on, and then we were able to load the isolated vocals into Logic and make a record,” he explained.
“I think that making music is one of the most magical things in the universe, and now using this technology anyone can record a quality song anywhere and everywhere. … When you hear our voices on “Maybe This Christmas,” no one would have ever known we did that on an iPhone,” the artist added.
And regardless of what’s on his holiday track list, BublĂ© believes spending quality time with his loved ones is what’s most important.
“No matter where I am or what I’m doing, my joy is being with my family, and I truly couldn’t be more excited to unplug and enjoy some uninterrupted time away from work with my beautiful wife and kids. … We have a big Canadian, Argentinian, and Italian family, and the holidays have always been about getting everyone together. It’s a beautiful mix of cultures and food. Lots of laughter, lots of kids, and lots of entertaining,” he noted.
