PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court(PHC) has ordered not to arrest the Bushra Bibi, wife of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf(PTI) founder in the listed cases and sought the details of the cases.
A 2-member bench comprising Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah of Peshawar High Court heard the petition filed for providing details of cases against Bushra Bibi.
During the hearing, the court asked Bushra Bibi’s lawyer that there will be no case in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. On this, the lawyer said that there is no case here, so Bushra Bibi has appeared before court hear.
Justice Sahibzada Asadullah said that “If there is no case against Bushra Bibi, can we give security guarantee for other provinces. On this, lawyer Qazi Anwar Advocate said that if there are cases in other provinces, they can take protective bail from here, the leaders of other provinces have already been given bail”.
The court directed the Attorney General’s Office to submit a report related to the cases against the petitioner and to provide the details of the cases to the petitioner while National Accountability Bureau(NAB), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and other parties to submit the report within 14 days.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case ordering the petitioner Bushra Bibi not to be arrested in the listed cases.
